aka: Name that Inn/Tavern!
So to make towns more distinguishable, as well as add more of a WoT feel to the game, I've decided all these buildings I'm adding need names. Characters never go to an Inn/Tavern in the books without at least mentioning the name (probably describing the sign as well), so I can't have you all just staying and drinking at nameless Inns and Taverns.
I've gone ahead and done some research and named as many as I could using names of actual Inns/Taverns in the books. A couple things to note. First, most of the 'Taverns' in the books are common rooms of Inns, so I went ahead and used some Inn names for Taverns. When I did I tried to pick the name I thought most appropriate for the Inn and for the Tavern. Also, you'll notice some of the Town names have changed. This was more out of necessity than anything else:
There will be a few other map changes as well, but I'll save those for another day.
I've also include a column for Wise Women, as the names for these will be reflective of the healers in the area. Some fit better than others and the list is by no means complete. I'll take suggestions and input on those, but those won't officially be part of the naming contest.
So here's how this will work. Take a look at the table below. Anywhere there's a blank spot, a name needs created. In this thread, go ahead an nominate Names for any/all of the Inns & Taverns. Feel free to even suggest multiple names for the same building if you want. Nominations will be open until at least next Friday (might push it out a bit if I'm not satisfied with the nominations so far, but would really like to have a good variety by then). After that, I will start a new poll every weekday for 2 weeks. Whichever name gets the most vote wins. (Note that the poll will not take the place of the daily countdown post. Those will continue during this.)
So here's what I have so far. Happy nominating!

- Thakan'dar -> Chachin: I don't see Thakan'dar as a Inn/Tavern/Wise Woman kind a place. From the brief descriptions we've seen in the books, it's mostly populated by shadowspawn and prisoners. Not the kinda place that your average person would get some quests from either.
- Aiel Waste -> Rhuidean: Rhuidean makes a much better Town name than the Aiel Waste. By the 5th book or so, Rhuidean was starting to flourish as an actual open Town, so I feel justified in using it (sorry to all you Shaido out there who might feel I'm desecrating it).
- Whitebridge -> Lugard: This one wasn't so much necessity as my preferance. I know Andor plays a big role in the series, but do we really need 3 towns from there, when other countries are lucky to have 1? Besides, how can we have Inn names without having the Nine Horse Hitch?
