So, Kaldar and I have noticed during the age that some individual npc's are much harder to beat, that a horde of the same type, at first I thought that it was on purpose, because the horde does not dies, so it will survive the 12 turns, but then we found some hordes that were as hard to kill as their individual npc.
Some examples, fight an individual merchant guard, and they have a lot of health gain, now go fight a horde of merchant guards, and they have no health gain at all... merchant guards hordes are bugged.
Fight an individual Guard Dog, and many times you cannot kill it, so, you do less than his health damage, fight a horde of guard dogs, and you do 3 or 4 times the damage of an individual guard dog would have.
In the other hand, fight a horde of myrdraal, and they are hard to beat, the same with aes sedai, torm, lopar
The pattern we seem to have found, is that those hordes, that list their members on plural, dont get the skills, for example you are fighting a horde of "merchant guards" the game goes looking for the skill of merchant guards, but in the database there is a bonus for merchant guard, without the s, so they find no skills, and apply no skills to the horde.
On the other hand, when you fight a horde of Myrdraal, there is no s at the end of the word, so the game finds the skill bonuses normally, and applies it.
I have checked several hordes and the npc's associated, and in every case it seems to follow that pattern, if at the moment of fighting the members of the horde are listed in plural, the horde will be much weakier than the npc.
