A few questions ive read through the wiki so hopefully its just not there and I havent missed something What impacts the amount in a city bank? profits from repairs/other purchases/sales that do not go to players businesses/clans? Other than through a clan office, what raises/lowers a towns order and defenses? (hordes im assuming, if city army is wiped out/horde hits city) Does completing negatively/positively alligned quests impact order?

I'm guessing you didn't miss it. We've been working on updating the wiki, but I'll be the first to admit I'm horrible at documentation. Let me dig around the forum and find some links for you. I make posts about new features and changes as I add them to new versions, so the info is out there. Problem is that there's no easy way to tell what's the version's announcements have what information or if the info from previous versions is still the latest. Sorry.

There is alot of coverage on the wiki, if you know what to look for ... Major influences on chaos/order and city defenses are: 1) town upgrades (wiki is fairly comprehensive on these) and 2) personal offices (a type of business) which have all kinds of either positive/netagive effects on town based on your personal ji in the particular city in question (also fairly comprehensively covered in the wiki)
Personal offices can also +/- the local bank balance, but the shop is the main breadwinner for towns, with everything else that's coin driven also adding to the pot ... the inn, blacksmith, consumable vendors ... a % goes of all transactions goes into town coffers, the rest into the owning clan's coffers. There's something about taxes as well for controlled towns, but I'm not sure on that system so I'll leave it to the more experienced players to comments on.
