Alright, I had this idea. What if, in areas where there are tendencies for war, such as the Plains of Maredo(Illian vs Tear) or Almoth Plain(Arad Doman vs Tarabon), every once in a while, while fighting NPCs, you come upon a random battle instead of a normal fight. It would go something like this: You would need enough stamina and battles available for at least 5 fights or so before even being given the chance. Then you would fight 5 or so enemies that are like 5 levels lower than you in a row without resetting your hp in between, as if it were 1 big fight instead of 5 smaller ones. If you lose at any time, you are out of the war and lose the 5 turns. If you survive, you get some major loot and/or an item at least 5 drop levels higher. Specific numbers are open to interpretation . Not sure how hard this would be to code, but I think it would add a bit of unexpected, but interesting randomness.

Well, I thought about 2 levels, but honestly? Most people fighting characters within 2 or 3 levels of their own, if they even win they will have few hit points left. If they started fighting a second opponent immediately after, retaining just the few hp he had at the end of the first, they would likely be dead in 1 or 2 blows. Thus, when increasing the number of opponents, we have to drop the opponents level accordingly. I'm sure Tim could explain it better and work out the exact numbers, but you get the picture lol. But yeah, winning something like that would require a well thought out combination of skills and a good assortment of weapons and armor. Thus, the reward should be good. Say, 10x gold + plus rare item or something.

true true, but 5 levels below is like a one hit kill (that is if u got better weapons/armor/talis/skills although some forget to do that) but then again, thats like a armsman with a strong def and dmg so u may be right. (but like i said, for a pure warrior character those 5 npcs would be mince meat )

Yes....admittedly, I am unsure of the exact specifications required to make this idea feasible. Its an idea though, and completely up to Tim, since I don't know coding and it doesn't involve graphics lol.
