Maybe some of you don't want to reveal their strategies, but I'm curious to find out what stats are you using the most, both through talismans and skills, and also what herbes / drinks you're addicted to.
Before the reset Crom used poison combined with accuracy. Poison from talismans and accuracy from his tracker's skills. He always used the combined effect of Gara's milk and Andilay root, the latter to get rid of the milk's speed constraint.
What about yous?

well alSeen used to use speed and stun. also taint, not poison though or healing. never used those unless on a tali with something else

Percentage offense and defense, coupled with a good speed tali if I can find one, or Andilay Root if I can't. I used to focus more on accuracy, but I've found that just keeping a good balance of plain old damage and block is usually enough to do well.

Yeah, I had a feeling speed would be popular. Maybe it could be made more expensive, in order to balance its effectiveness (don't hate me for suggesting this). Plain damage and block is enough for NPCs, provided that you make the most of your equip points. Personally I find that poison has a good proportion cost/effectiveness. Taint is more powerful but too expensive in my opinion.

yeah but the taint and poison thing used to be the other way around. taint used to be cheap and powerful. now just powerful

My strategy is that I don't have one or buy it if it looks shiny ;D No wonder I always lose strategy games

You're lucky then, because shiny items seem to work well in this game
