as it stands now(and has it has always been)
labeling a clan an enemy is just doing so in name
there is no change in battling.
I'd like to see more gold stolen at least
or more CLAN BATTLES ! with nice wagers. maybe even be able to ban/exile someone from a town but challenging them to a duel.

David many hate you for your rude comments but I think your on to something here karma cookie for you now your -2. Exiling people from the city makes for distributation for sure and if you do try to go to that city an NPC guard would stop you and try killing you if you resisted. Kill him you get mad ass gear perhaps but the NPC would be a good challenge. A little thought would be the NPC would be equip with the towns best gear at random, so you have great armor in Thankendar?(sp?) Look at that the NPC has it which would obviously make Thankendar much MUCH more valuable then it already is. But this would also open up a knew realm of other things based on clans, siege equipment, town defenses, etc. Thanks David your thoughts open up so much more

I agree that there's not much to enemies now. In the future there should be some benefit to allies and enemies. I added some benefit to allies with this version, but not so much for enemies. There has to be a balance between the benefits and the costs, else someone could just declare everyone their enemy and reap the benefits. Granted they'd get hammered back themselves...
I do have a few ideas as to what can be done though. Will elaborate later.

Hmm yeah it does sound like good, clean fun then when you know you can have your friend be your enemies friend. But as the saying goes. "An enemy to my enemy is my friend." That saying alone opens a whole new realm of possibilities on the clan level as it's already benificial to join one as you can see, don't get attacked as often, get handmedowns, get help on getting territory. Sounds like the enemies should get equal portion of goodies.

Almon, is a compulsive need you have to comment on everything or an inflated sense of importance?
Care to clan battle?
Muttos will gladly wager 200k gold that we stomp you into the ground.
Just adding more gold steal to enemy attacks would be a step in the right direction.

Got an issue tell someone who cares but I think my ideas are worth mentioning to at least SOMEONE if it's not good as a rough sketch someone may like it and improve on it so seriously..leave me alone it's not hurting anyone.

well if you actually ADDED an idea that was inline with this thread I wouldn't feel the need to point it out.
all I see is some rambling about NPC's and fail to see what that would have to do with making enemies mean something more than a lil red flag next to your name.
Like I said Tim, just adding more gold steal to enemies would be a step in the right direction.

Almon and Daved, Please stop bickering with each other on the suggestion boards. The General board allows for any posting you want, so if you wish to argue with each other please do it there.
And I would also point out that your last post, Daved, added nothing related to the topic either, other than reiterate your previous statement.
I am locking this thread in hopes that it will put an end to this matter.
