I love this! I'm a huge fan of critical, but it does bug me a little that there's no defense against it. To balance it with dodge is brilliant! That means that you could still get lucky and kill your opponent with one hit, but if the opponent is good at dodging, you're less likely to. I also like that you don't necessarily dodge or hit with the full power, but that there are different levels. Adds realism!
I always try to find a flaw, but I can't find it here!

Aye! The theory behind each I do like. The numbers will need tweaked, but that's a give for pretty much any suggestion.
