I think it changes the same way as towns? First one to each even 100 wins takes leadership of the clan? Could that be right, or am I just imagining that that's when it changes?

Hmm. I just noticed this with the Test clan I made as well. Not sure what's going on. If anyone knows what's causing this, please let me know. I'll investigate.

One thing I can think of is that it's set up that if a leader is inactive for a period of time, leadership is set to pass on to someone else. It's supposed to go to subleaders if there is one, and if not the person in the clan with the most xp. However, the inactivity thing is supposed to be days (about a week, I think). It's legacy code from Craig. Clan leadership does not (or at the very least shouldn't) jump based on wins. Not sure how this could be causing it though, unless the server clock is fluctuating wildly. Will still look into it more.

I think it may be every time the clan gets 100 wins cus it has not changed today and we have not won 100 battles so .....

Interesting. Perhaps my code that I added for passing leadership if the leader leaves is being activated whenever anyone leaves. I'll have to check it tonight when I'm home from work. Have some other personal stuff to handle first, but will fix this as soon as I get a chance.

Confirming test=========== start: Naked Gnome is leader of the townspeople (location: Caemlyn) [action: Morgan Kavanagh leaves the townspeople (location: Emond's Field - name FIXED!)] [lookup: CLAN -> the townspeople] end: Aiden Callaghan is leader of the towspeople (location: Emond's Field - HIGHEST by level)
just another confirmation...

Its not exploiting if i was given an invite now and I am allowed to invite other characters once i become a member of a clan set it to leadership invite only if you don't want your members inviting willy nilly

Well, this is a test site, so really people bugs do need to be tested. Since there are admittedly bugs that need fixing, people shouldn't get all riled up if something screws with them, but Kushiel, don't screw with others just for the sake of screwing with them. Creates an unfriendly enviroment, which is something I partially blame for the downfall of Craig's release.
