Just curious. How many of you guys use the market? Selling or buying. What do you usually look for?
I'll skim it every time I'm in a city, but not allot is for my level group or price range... so I haven't gotten into buying often. Haven't been putting things up either. Not yet anyways. I'v just recently gotten enough inventory space that I don't minding putting a few things up. When I brows usually I'm looking for blank equipment. Usually prefer it priced less than the store(why travel out of my way for the same thing that is closer?). But that's just me. Talis... I like the single ones, not doubled up. And priced... within reason. Talis are fun to price, just cause there is no base and is dictated by the market. Non up that are desirable enough for me to go snatch...
but yeah. I was just curious, and also trying to see what the main people tend to look for. *shrugs*
How y'all been? long time no see. lol <3 FF

I actually check the market a lot, but never see anything worth buying. I'd probably buy talis, but like you said, they've got to be worth my time. There was actually a small surge in market use in the last version. Right when the high end talis first started coming, but once everyone had them and could get them on their own, nobody used the market again.

Never use the market. The inventory slot is more valuable to me and no one seems to pay much of a premium so I find being a seller not worth my time. When I want some specific item/talisman, I usually post on the clan chat room board and usually within a day or so, someone comes across the item and we make a trade.
I would like to see some sort of change to the market in the next versions. Maybe in addition to the normal player marketing, we could see all the "item quests" submissions end up in a city's market and the controlling clan get a 1% sellers fee if anyone purchases something. I can see a scenario where a Tar Valon quest asking for 5 knives could result in over a hundred plus different knives for sale as characters complete the quest etc....

i was browsing the forums and saw that Tim has plans of some kind... *itches to find out cause she's always loved mmo markets, but that's just me being a tard* I'v already posted my thoughts in the past though so... wont waste reposting.anyways... i'll admit... i'm waiting on one of those surges... and i can understand why not too many people use the market. *shrugs* but there are some! i was able to get rid of those talis, so i'm content for now i guess.
