Two returning classes today: Bandits and Thief Catchers. Note that you cannot be both classes, but anyone can chose one or the other, similar to darkfriends and fanatics.
Bandit: non-Thief catcher only

- Thievery: +x luck, +x dodge
-- Mug: +x luck, +x first strike, +x accuracy

Thief Catcher: non-Bandit only
-- Urban Tracking: +x-2x damage, +x accuracy, +x% defense
- Catching: +x dodge, +x stun
-- Ambush: +x first strike, +x% defense, +x/3 speed,
-- Urban Tracking: +x-2x damage, +x accuracy, +x% defense
