As it stands now, I doubt if people will use weaves at high levels because of the cool tali combos that can be used on weapons. Is it possible that we could equip two weaves again, or enhance them or something?

Yeah, using weaves is supposed to be a privelage, but other than being a little stronger (and therefore more expensive to use) than the other weapon types there's not much of an advantage to them. As pointed out, they're almost at a disadvantage due to the lack of talismen support (I still don't plan on changing that though, as some combinations just wouldn't make sense, ie. Tarnished Firespark of Vermin? I don't think so.)
I will do something to make weaves more worth wild in v3. Likely won't be anything major (I have too many other big changes on my plate for v3 as is), but there will be something.

Great! Hey, Miie mentioned in clan chat that we used to use angreals, and I replied that they kinda sucked compared to a tali of the dragon on a stilletto or the like, but it got me to thinking--maybe you could bring back weave talis or angreals? You don't enhance the weave with them, but you could have something like a Cadinsor of Aes Sedai that adds a small % to weaves or does whatever ti does without unbalancing the game, you know? I am just throwing it out there, as it doesn't sound like you're sure yet what you'll do, and that's something that was done in the past.

Not easy done actually.
Before there was separate damage types and some talismen only effected OP damage (though all talismen were able to be used on weaves). However, now all damage is a standard type (which is how I want it), so making things that would only enhance a specific weapon type will require a significant code change (unless I want to add a bunch of special case handlers, which will be a pain and detremental to future changes). I'm planning on doing something like this for other changes, so it might be similiar to what I end up doing, but again, I don't want all talismen to be able to be applied to weaves. I do have some ideas though. Angreals are one possible solution, but not the only one.
