Kidding aside, here's the list of ter'angreal broken down into tiers and when they become available for drops. First here's the list:

The tiers of ter'angreal that are available is calculated by this formula:
Max tier = (player level)/4 + 3
If the NPC you're battling is a bubble of evil, the max tier increases by 2.

Calculating how likely you are to receive a given ter'angreal uses a bell curve based on what levels are available. If your max tier is greater than 21, the excess shifts the curve to favor the higher end items.

One other change related to this, Quest that reward players with a Leveled Ter'angreal previously used this same bell curve method to determine what ter'angreal you receive. Going forward, the returned ter'angreal will be from randomly selected from the top 4 available tiers. Similar to other leveled item quests where the difficulty of the quest will lead to better items, more difficult quests may grant you access to higher level tiers early.

Just to clarify .... did you change much on this list from how they used to fall, or is this pretty much what was used last age and before for the drop order ?

I remade the list from scratch, but it's PRETTY close to last age. I'm sure some things probably got shuffled around a little based on their stat changes and me trying to make things work in a way that makes sense (like the +6 dodge TA showing up at the same time as +6 accuracy), but overall it seems pretty similar.

One interesting thing is Ger and I had the same perception of taint TAs showing up later in the age than poison TAs, but they have almost the exact same level availability, only with prefix and suffix switched.
