Making some minor tweaks to some ter'angreal this age. Some of the negative bonuses on them made them completely undesirable.
Bloody Was: +10% Health Gain, +10% Damage to Self Now: +10% Health Gain, +5% Damage to Self
Jeweled Was: +15 Luck, -6% damage, -6% defense Now: +16 Luck, -4% damage, -4% defense
Of Madness Was: +30% Offense, +30% Damage to Self Now: +30% Offense, +10% Damage to Self

I used them on some of my alts, they can actually work well and should be even better now.

Madness does not seem as mad now. Now it might be situationally useful

Yep. Madness was pretty much unusable before. The other two could be used if done right (Bloody in particular could have been good for a no straight damage build), but generally were looked over for more favorable options, especially since all three show up fairly late in the game.
