CDV16: GUI cleanup and bug fixes, part 1

So I hate to say this, but there's not a lot of other exciting stuff coming in V16. So here's a bunch of miscellaneous improvements:

• On the business page, it will remember which sub-tabs you were on.
  
• The table on the City Info page will be reorganized and updated with more information about the cities.
  
• Add Horde, Escort and Support quests to the Accomplishments on the Profile page
  
• Add Nationality titles to Profile (and also freeze them at the end of the Age)
  
• Fix the Normal theme to have more difference between blue and purple colors
  
• Fix the Ways for Mountains of Mist and Forest of Shadows
