The first impression people get of the site is the character creation page, so I felt it needed a little sprucing up. Same functionality is there, just new layout.
The page is now divided into 3 columns. On the left is the form for entering all you information. The text describing your chosen nationality and class that currently pops up below the form has been moved to the right. The middle column will now display your character's avatar, based on the gender and nationality you chose. I did some debating about which version of the avatars to show here and decided to go with the 3rd level (businessman/woman). Beggar image is too depressing, commoner is too plain, and anything higher than Businessman you really should earn to get to see.
The other change is the checkboxes at the bottom of the form. Currently there is one checkbox about behaving appropriately to others and one about limits on your characters. After how the last few rounds have gone, it was time a little better clarity. So now there will be one checkbox next to the following text:
The "here" in the more details line will be a link to a page describing some of the prohibited actions (creating running and deleting chars, trading items with your own alts, etc). That'll probably be on the wiki, but it hasn't been made yet. Wanted to keep the rules themselves concise enough that people might actually read them, so put the more detailed stuff on another page, but also want to put those details out there so that new players know (or at least should know) ahead of time that their actions are considered against the rules.

I have read and agree to the following rules (More details these rules can be found 'here'):
1. I will act considerately towards all players.
2. I will not create more than 3 characters (6 for donors) at once.
3. I will not create characters for the purpose of furthering other characters or clans.
4. I will report any bugs or exploits to The Creator immediately.
