This is sort of a personal preference thing, but I think it'd be more convenient for there not to be tabs in the shops. My browser glitched for a second and showed me a shop with all the items laid out row by row (swords were top row, then knives were the next row, etc), and it looked nice and easy to see everything quickly. What's the point of shuffling through the tabs looking for stuff?
Or, if people like the tabs, why not have a tab that says "all," and it will show all the items in the shop, row by row? That way, there will still be tabs to easily sort, but there will also be the option of seeing everything at once.
This brings me to my second suggestion. Sometimes I'll grab an Items quest that needs me to get 5 Leg Armors for Master Weak-knees of Lalaville, and I'll head to the shop to buy 5 Leg Armors to protect his poor knees, and every time I click "buy," it brings me back to the first page of Shop. I then have to reclick on the Leg Armor tab, click buy, and then I'm back at the front.
Having the "all" tab that I'm suggesting display first would solve that problem. Or, just have the shop not bump you to the first page every time you make a purchase.

I also find it annoying that after you buy something, it takes you to the front page, but I've just learned to hit refresh as a workaround. It does the same thing, you just have to keep track of how many times you hit the button.
