Found a bug! Or, at least I think it's a bug - it certainly doesn't look legal.
Negative defense values on talismans do not show up when you put them on knives. For example, I currently have equipped a Berserkers Battle Dagger of the Blight. Berserkers talisman has -20% ranged and melee defense. Talisman of the Blight has -10% melee and ranged defense.
This is what my dagger looks like:
Berserkers Battle Dagger of The Blight
35-42 melee dmg +55% melee dmg +30% ranged dmg

I don't think that is a bug. Some items are designed to have no value for some things - either positive or negative. That is why the berserkers is best for knives - knives have the dis-adnavtage of attack power - especially once a player (red) hits the 'duel-weild' level.
I think that is the way it should be...

Oh, I quite like it - honestly I'd never noticed it before, so if it isn't really a bug I figure everybody ought to be appraised of the fact.
After all, the highest possible percentage would be what I just did with that dagger. It might actually be a viable alternative to dual-wielding.

Yeah, some weapons don't take certain stats. This is just one example of it. I know there are others for other types too. Of course, that all may change with the new weapon changes next release. Who knows.
