How can I take over a town? That's an easy question, with an equally easy answer: You join Silver Legion.

OK, new question.
How can I see who has the most wins? Is it the most wins on the clan list? Cuz if that's the case I'm kinda screwed X-P

You go to the 'Heroes' link at the top, next to the 'Forum' link, then in the top left under the 'World' link, there will be another link that says in blue letters, ' Town Information'. That will show you all the towns, their owners' scores, and the closest rivals' score. To get a total list of scores in a town, go to the town, then in your clan page, click the 'View all Clans' link. Hope that helps. Cuz if that's the case I'm kinda screwed X-P You might still be screwed right now since it's so late in the version, but with the new one coming soon, we'll all be on equal footing. That's my poor attempt at being encouraging. ;D

KR's right on that one - we've been running since October, and most towns have ridiculously high scores right now. The lowest town score is currently 9500 - if you had a "full boat" of 5 alts, it'd take you 10 days' worth of dueling INSIDE the town, with NO losses, to take control.
But, it'd be virtually impossible to run all duels, unless you have rich targets for gold, because you'll likely have to spend some time on NPCs to get gear to use or sell for gold..
Figure in the slim chance that the town would have characters hanging around at the right levels for you to duel and get full points for, for that long, and the likelihood that someone is probably around to fight back, and you're looking at several weeks at best.
We're hoping (fingers crossed) that v5 testing is gonna crank up soon, which most will consider the "end" of this round - so, within a few weeks, we will all be starting from ground zero again, and then you'll have as good a shot as anybody - pick out a spot and fight for it. ;-)

Cuz if that's the case I'm kinda screwed X-P Yep. You're screwed. As almordre put, catching up when you're 3 months behind is a daunting task. That's why it's definitely time for a reset. In seriousness though, this is probably the best time to get in the game. Within the next two weeks or so, I should be opening the test site for V5, and everything will be reset to square 1. This way you have a little time to get things figured out before getting thrown to the lions.

Just remember. Its called a Test site for a reason. It could be reset at any time with little or no warning. So don't get too attached until the official release.

I think the real way to take over a town is by joining Heroes of the Horn though. Take this Silver Legion ;P
