Hey all.
With V3 about a month out at this point, I figured today would be a good time to talk about my future plans for the game. V4 looks to be huge at this point, so I've decided to break it down into multiple parts, starting with V4.1.

With V3 about a month out at this point, I figured today would be a good time to talk about my future plans for the game. V4 looks to be huge at this point, so I've decided to break it down into multiple parts, starting with V4.1.
Things you can look forward to in V4.1:
- New economic system: gather resources in random areas, then haul them back to town to sell them. Uses the rules of supply and demand to adjust price. Resources gathered through a simple rock-paper-scissors like game.
- Taverns will feature real gambling!: Players will be able to use real world money to purchase tavern credits (1 credit = $0.10 USD). Games will include the standard dice games, as well as Chop (WoT card game kinda like poker), Black Jack, and Texas Hold-em. Still working out the legal issues (like setting up an offshore host for the site), but I'm confident I'll get it worked out.
- More wilderness!: There will be more wilderness areas betwen cities. Time will be set as more realistic. 1 hour= 1 day. Areas will be so many days apart from each other, so when you click to begin traveling you will have to wait until x days have passed before you arrive at your next destination.
- Permanently kill your enemies: Whenever you lose a battle, your true health counter will go down. If it reaches 0, you die forever. The player who deals you the final blow will receive all of your goods and gold. Your dead account will be inaccessable, but will still count towards your number of alts. If all your alts die, then you'll be given the option to create a peasant. Peasants can do everything a normal player can do, except battle, join clans, send messages, use the town chat, use the tavern, gather resources, or travel.
- New Age and battle system: Game will take place in the 5th Age, where the memory of the 3rd Age has faded to myth. Channeling has left the world. Instead, people use mechanical battle armor called 'Dragonz' to battle. Players will be able to purchase upgrades for their Dragonz to increase their stats. The battle system will be turned into a more card-based puzzle game where you draw cards and play them in a strategic order to best you opponent.
- New classes: Lots has changed since the 3rd Age and there are new types of characters. Some of the new classes include:
- Soldier
- Warrior
- Magician
- Dwarf
- Elf
- Toad (short guy with a mushroom head)
- Cheerleader
- Ninja
- Cheerleader Ninja
- Surf Ninja
- Robot
- Android
- Robroid (Half-Robot, Half-Android)
- Robo-Ninja
- Ninja Turtle
- Pirate
- Ninja Pirate
- Pirate Cheerleader
- Cylon
- Cylon Cheerleader
- Stan
- Aiel (who can now fly)
- Soldier
- Awesome 3D Graphics!: Think World of Warcraft, only WoT of Warcraft!
