What do you like? What don't you like? Just general stuff. If you have detailed suggestion, I'd say start a new thread.

I love the new messages in the attack logs! Well, except when they say that I missed horribly... Like I would do that! *looks offended* And I will like it better once I manage to catch up enough with the rest of you to be able to win a battle, too... lol
Oooh, I also love that you put the time you have to wait to attack a target again in the nearby list! That's great!
I like the clan vaults, too. Just two questions: Can the leaders discard clan items even if someone else in the clan has it equipped? And if you implement the iron man thing, donating things to the clan vault won't remove that flag, will it? Only withdrawing?

Plus it tells you how well you hit your opponent. Mainly just wanted a duel link there. Lightens the load on the server, as it's one less page you have to visit for each duel. No, leaders can't discard and item that someone's using, but they can return that item themselves and then discard it. And yeah, the ironman thing would work as you put it, only when you withdraw an item, accept a trade, or buy something off the market.

One thing that might be helpful, making it so you can organize the clan vault by the item type

Its on my list: Making the vault and inventory sortable.

Sounds great! If I may add another feature request, that I think would be minor, it would be nice if we could see what clan another player is in, either in the nearby list, or when we duel them. It's great that we don't have to go to their profile page to battle, but I miss some of that basic info you got then, and most of all which clan they're in. Of course I can still see if they're enemies or allies, but I'm a little greedy

Issues
1) How about getting rid of the whole "Wait until the battle finishes" concept. Being able to duel people more quickly with the new button is good, but useless if you have to wait forever on battles finishing. I get that some people like to watch their battles unfold, but tbh i dont have time to analyse every move made; simple win/loss is good enough pour moi.
But i'm generally impatient like that.
2) The Graphics. That banner is UGLY. Seriously. It reminds me of Ancient Egpyt. I don't want to be reminded of Egypt, thanks. I mentioned this in town chat and somebody went all baptist preacher on my a*s. stfu.
3) The points system seems a bit warped. Level 10 and i cant equip stone knife/rags/stick combo because of some random (crappy) talismans that are on it? Doesn't seem balanced, considering i'm 10 levels higher than when i could equip them all clean.
4) Add a select all button to the inventory. I hate having to individually select every item and then click cache/sell etc. It makes me sad.
5) I like the Clan Vault, even though i'm unsure exactly how it works. If i leave a Clan, all those items go back to the vault, including used talismans on items that are legitmately mine? Hmm. Problematic.
6) Advertising. I still think that not nearly enough people know about this game. And it's a good game. There are tonnes of WoT fansites out there. Get the word out. How about some sort of refer a friend scheme?
Edit: A.S.S is censored? What the hell is this? China?

I agree with Aria on point 1 through 4. 5,6 are just kinda issues that aren't really important to the game as of now...

I get that some people like to watch their battles unfold, but tbh i dont have time to analyse every move made; simple win/loss is good enough pour moi. But i'm generally impatient like that. I'll consider it. This check was added to prevent the server from getting hammered. At our current activity level, I don't see that being too big a problem (other than during the first few hours after a version is first officially opened). No promises though. Graphics are still a work in progress. Ed and I will try to make as many happy as possible, but no matter what we do I doubt all will be satisfied. The points system is losely based on the amount of damage you'll deal/prevent in a given battle. In general, talismen don't add outrageous stats to items anymore, as it let things get a bit out of control (one hit kills, winner being determined by which person attacked, shtuff like that). Also, weapons will likely be used for wider ranges of levels in the new system. This is to hopefully give people room for improvement at higher levels (50+). Keep at the system for a little bit and if you still feel this is an issue, let me know. Agreed. Not problematic. Fact of the system. There's no fair way to avoid this, unless you want to make clan items unenhancable. If you want to avoid this, then don't use talismen on items got from the clan vault. Agreed. I admit it's not something I've put much effort into at this point. Not really my strong suit. As I've said before, spread the word. I think most would prefer I spend my time making needed code changes over advertising. I just left the default on. Not china, but 'family friendly'

Don't know if I like being able to add offensive Tail's to defensive equips, i.e. armor and shields being able to deal extra damage. Is there any way you could add a sell item button at the end of battles so we don't have to go to our inventories to make room in between each one... not necessary but would be nice Are you thinking about adding a skill system back in? If not are you thinking about anything to take its place?

Don't know if I like being able to add offensive Tail's to defensive equips, i.e. armor and shields being able to deal extra damage. I'm not sold on this either, but wanted to try it out. Really, there are ways that armor and shields could be used offensively, so it is within the realm of possibility. Maybe after people play around with it a bit more I'll start a poll and see what others think. I'll think about it. Now that the link in the found item is working, it might be worth the effort to try it. Skills will be back, but not for v2. My original plan for v2 was to redo weapon system AND add back in character classes, each with their own skills. Character classes ended up getting bumped to v3 and with the changes to the weapon system, the old skills are incompatable. Rather than take the time to develop a filler skill system, it was decided to just leave them out for v2. Rest assured, they will be back though. Hopefully they'll be better than before too.

I like it so far though I think it would be really fun if you had a visitors chat in the clans for your ally members. It would help make planning wars or defenses much easier and add to the fun of it all. The thing I always loved most about GOS was the social aspects and while we do get more of that with the being able to talk in the towns I really have always thought it would be fun to be able to talk to my allies. (also maybe a war chat area to talk smack to your enemies??) other than that I don't have any ideas right now since I have only been back to gos for less than a half hour. I'll get back to you

So after over 4oo battles, I feel like it's too random at times. I can fight the same person 10 times in a row and have extremely varied results. I think that it is an improvement from what the last age was, and maybe it will get better as I come to maybe understand it better, but as it stands right now it feels slightly frustrating... anyone else?

I'll get back to you Ally chat is an interesting thought. Not sure where it'd fit though. Some people complain about having both the town and clan chats they have to check in on, let alone a third. I'll think about it. For smack talking enemies, that's what the town chat is for. Glad to see you back! Me. My goal was a system where people with better equipment setups would have a distinct advantage, but not a guaranteed win. Luck should be a bit of a factor too. And if you're dealing someone equally matched, you each should have the same likelihood of winning. I think I've made that, but there's a bit too much randomness in there now. Right now each attack you could do from 0-175% of your damage (though most should fall well in between the extremes). I like the idea of you being able to miss/dodge attacks, but it creates a lot of chance in the system, which detracts from the 'skill'. Granted, with a class system with skills, that would bolster the 'skill' factor up again, so who know. I'm not ready to make changes on it yet, as I need to play it out more, but I do share your concern. I knew I wouldn't get thing perfect the first try. This is what testing is for.

I like the current level of randomness, I've always felt the previous versions had very little. But maybe I'll change my mind more battles ahead.
