Somehow, I missed this thread... Name's Lee - live in the mountains of north Georgia, USA. Stare at computers for a living - prepress work in a print shop, and jack-of-all-trades for a nonprofit outfit. A friend (Reiri Ikarus in-game) introduced me to WoT in late 2002 - have read the series about 7 times since then (finding more hints and foreshadowing every time). Read DragonLance back in the day, but gave up when they started producing books faster than I could read them. I guess I'm one of the "old goats" too - played a couple of Craig's versions, always using the "alMordre" name. Not sure of the timeline - might've been in on the original, but I know I played before "The Breaking." For a chuckle, see my bios for a nod to the resource-gathering days, if you remember those. Actually, GoS was my first online gaming attempt (it was hard to take online games seriously with dial-up internet). Ran with the Silver Legion in the old GoS, was victim to various Mutto and Forsaken hijinks, etc. Did an age in War of Empires after GoS fizzled, then real life took over for a while. Got tipped off to Tim's revival (thanks, Coel!) and got in just before v3 kicked off. Ran with Golden Company in v3, but I really missed the Silver Legion. Got a thing for shiny metals, I guess.

Talking about the silver legion, but where's king richard? I've seen a couple of his posts on this forum but I don't think he's currently playing, is he?

King Richard is here - Coel knew how to find him, and talked him into coming back. Just check the Silver Legion roster to find him...

I'm here Crom. What's up? My name's Andy, and I live in Utah, USA. I'm 24 and a crew-chief for a landscaping company that mostly does yard maintenance. So I get to retire every winter. I started Silver Legion in one of Craig's early versions just for my own alts, but accidentally hit the invite button instead of the duel button and that's how we got started. (I can't, and don't think I want to, remember how many alts I had back then ) I played WoE for a while after GoS died, but was finally able to break the addiction in June of 08 and quit. Coel's been trying to get me to come back for a while now and I only did cause he told me AlMordre was here. I was only going to pop in, say hi and leave, but I guess I'm an addict again. Thanks Tim, it's a great game.

Well folks, there's going to be a little big change in my life soon, because in about 6 weeks my fiancee will have a child. We decided not to know the sex so it's going to be a surprise. It's definetly going to be an irish name in either case (so don't start suggesting Asmodean or such). Discovering the famed Joys of parenthood won't probably leave me time enough to play any longer but I really don't want to miss the chance of taking a glimpse of V5, and likely will keep spamming over here about how I would have made V5 if I had my way or what I would like to see in V6,7,8,9...

Congrats Crom!!! Understand the potential lack of play time, but you're 'spamming' is still welcome. Considering you're one of the 5 or so people still posting their ideas, its encouraged. And just because you won't have time to play competitively doesn't mean you can't make a char or two to play around with at 3 AM after little Asmodean wakes you up.
