There is a cap on critical? it seems to be pretty easy to get to 100% critical, so, there is a cap like for agility?

Nope. Poison caps at 100% and agility caps at 95%, but no cap on critical (though anything over 100 would be as effective as 100). There likely should be though...

Noooo! I like critical! No cap, please! *smiles very sweetly* Oh, but critical should only work for ranged damage! *nods* It's the one thing that can help us ranged people beat the nasty melee ones when they wield their two heron mark blades against us...

oh, agility cap is at 95%? i thought it was less than that, like 80%...

Yeah, 95 is probably too high as well, considering that you opponent would average 1 hit on you every other duel...
Both critical and agility will be addressed in the new weapon system though.

well if i remember correctly agility used to cap at 70% and it would degrade 10% per hit so you couldn't just get 95% repeatedly
