All members of the clan controlling a town WHO ARE IN THE TOWN THEY RULE will receive a fraction of the gold from the town bank once per hour.
In testing of this to make it all work, I ended up setting everyone who would get paid to have 50000 gold. There was also a glitch where the people were getting paid multiple times. I believe that should be fixed now, though the drain to the banks was more than normal. Bank totals should drop about by 1% per hour, so let me know if it seems to drop more than that.
Let me know if you have any problems.

Eh. Go for it. It's a bug on my part now, and as I have no idea what totals everyone was at, I'm just gonna leave it. I just didn't want people spending it because at the time it would all just come back when another person logged in or the hour changed. Of course I didn't tell you that at the time because I know SOMEONE would take advantage of it.

Just think of the one gold from earlier as your reward for good behavior now. ;D

There must be a DIVA somewhere else in the world, as it looks like it was only divided 13 ways instead of 14.
EDIT: Town bank is shop bank.

Ok. Actually working now. For those of you who don't know, IE is retarded when it comes to some HTML, PHP, and Javascript concepts.

How exactly is the money apportioned? I'm assuming right now that there is a set fraction of the gold in the Town Bank that is apportioned based on how many members of the Clan are in town.....
Also, do Clan Leaders and Sub-Leaders get a larger cut than Clan members, or does everyone get the same rate of pay?

Pay= (Town bank / 100) / # of clan members in town
All get equal pay.

Obviously. I am a mercenary, Con Also, shouldn't the proceeds from the Blacksmith and Stables also go into the Town Bank?

* sings, "Money makes the world go 'round, the world go 'round, the world go 'round" *
It's only logical. Besides, I need to upgrade the Shop in Maradon so we have better swords than Emonds Field again...

So is there an option for members of the Ruling Clan in a town to donate to the clan bank rather than their own?

Just to add to the discussion on IE and FF.. I use Opera sometimes, mostly Safari since i have a mac.. But in Opera its like when you enter the shop in caemlyn for example.. and then buy a glaive(for example) next time you buy it, it will just show the message: glaive bought for so much and then you get nothing.. And when you enter the shop in another city you still get to the caemlyn shop.. but it aint really the caemlyn shop.. and then when you shall travel you are still stuck with the traveling options for caemlyn... Maybe i should have made a new thread for this?

porthios: The only way you can put money into the town bank is by buying stuff, so you could buy an item from the shop as a way of putting money in the bank. Some have been exploiting this.
Joy: Hmm. I haven't tried Opera or Safari. Not sure what would be causing those issues though. Perhaps I'll have to try playing on my Wii, since it's my only access to an Opera browser right now. I'll start a thread in the bug fix area for people to raise different browser issues.
