Lag and unresponsive site

I've heard (and noticed) the site being extremely laggy today and even noticed it being unable to connect to the database a few times. Not sure what's up. Will try contacting the host tonight. Sorry for the inconvenience (particularly to those involved in today's Clan Battle...).

A warning though: Don't just keep refreshing the site repeatedly hoping it will come back. You'll just be contributing to the problem and could end up getting blocked by the Host when they try to resolve things if you're hitting the site too often to quickly. If it goes unresponsive, try waiting a minute or so between checks.

Ive been getting unable to connect to mysqlnotification, mysql database error spam and timeouts depending on browser.

Looks like things MAY be back up for now. Still laggy though. I'll try to keep an eye on it, but won't be able to do anything for 5 hours or so.

No worries, Felic. It's a natural reaction and it's hard to restrain yourself. Mainly didn't want anyone to end up blocked.
