First to clarify, no these are not new quests for estates or quests only available at estates. Instead it's just a new little perk I'm adding for estates.
When Estates reach level 7 (Village; 30 upgrades), in addition to being able to give your estate a name you will also get access to a new tab: Nearby Quests. This tab will show some of the quests from the 4 surrounding cities. Only quests that either target the wilderness area your estate is in or item quests that target one of the 4 surrounding cities will be listed. You will even be able to Accept these quests straight from your Estate.
One semi-related note, the Square bonus for Estates seems to be giving quite a lot of gold out on completing a quest. Don't be surprised if the size of the bonus gets reduced some (Sorry KR).

It's not going away completely, but you have to admit it can get a little ridiculous how much gold you can earn for doing a single quest.

Ah come on. I figured this was what you were talking about the other day when you mentioned estate bonuses being unbalanced. First off, this new Quest tab in estates is genius. I'm going to like it a lot. But I strongly disagree with dropping the Square bonus coin. I think it's perfect the way it is considering how much money you have to put into an estate to get it. Sure, 20g for killing 5 NPCs is a lot, but how often do we get those?

I really like the quest bonus ... I'm kinda split on the gold bonus though. Those rare occasions where you get 20/5 as an example ... doesn't really end up being 20/5, it ends up being 20/5 * the number of accounts with estates in the area, and there's some highly populated wilderness areas that quests are never missed or skipped or looked over in ... on the other hand, if you fork out that amount of money for the estate upgrade, you've invested in your property as a money making venture and deserve your rewards. Only being moderately invested in estate income generation, I don't feel strongly about a decrease in returns from quests myself though.

Love this idea! And how about matching the size of the bonus to how hard the quest is? Like a "kill 5 x"-quest would give 1/4th as much gold as a "kill 20 x"-quest?

I don't really see the square bonus as being imbalanced, and I use it to much less advantage than KR and Fearless do.

I LOVE the gold bonus for quests and will mourn its downgrading.
