What would the chances of having combat victory changed to be based off of percentage of health remaining, rather than actual health remaining? It seems kind of strange that if you take on an enemy higher than you and deal a bit of damage to them and you take none at all, that you still lose because they have a higher remaining total higher than you.

So all anyone would have to do is stack base block and poison/taint to win all npc battles? Far too imbalanced.
