Not sure about everyone else - but I often don't notice I have a new Profession point (don't notice my level is /5).
I'd like a notification similar to the Skills Point or new Message notification (ie - graphic is replaced with a glowy version until clicked)
Not sure about everyone else, but I wouldn't mind notification on any business status change. IE - completion of normal business, or sale of item in stall etc.
