Steps to reproduce:
0) open clan chat or tel'aran'rhiod;
1) remember time of the last message;
2) change system clock to an hour forward;
3) reload clan chat/tel'aran'rhiod.
Defect: relative time of message now has +1 hour backward.
Expected behaviour: relative time of message not changed (except for a minute listed operations may took).
