I had a weird thing happen when I added a tali of Archers to my long throwing knives. I waited until I levelled up, since I had got the message that they would be unequipped when I'd tried before. This time, I didn't get that message, so I did the upgrade. Then, instead of getting the message "Enhancement complete" or whatever it says, I instead got the message " You do not have the necessary points available to use this item.", and when I clicked on inventory, the knives were unequipped, and I was only using 208 of my 360 points.
Since I didn't like this, I did the math, and realised that since the knives were only 149 points, and lower than my right hand weapon, I should be able to wear them, and tried to equip them, which worked fine. So right now I'm happy, but I'm not happy that the game tried to trick me into not using the knives!
(I have screenshots if you want them)

I bet I know what this is: Were you using an weapon in your other hand that you have a skill to reduce the cost of? If so, I probably forgot to add the reductions based on skill to the upgrading (hence it said you had no problems until you actually tried).
Let me know if that's not the case. I'll look into it reguardless.

ashaman quick strike does not work either I believe this was fixed a while back. Were you one of the first ones to level 30? If that's the case, I'll likely have to fix you're char manually. Let me know which char this isn't working for. Guard images should be displaying properly now. Not sure what's causing your issue vincent. I'd say clear your cookies and that should fix it though.

he unequip problem seems to be occuring due to the fact that when you upgrade a weapon the script is adding the total item equip point and bypassing the weapon reduction skill. However even though I have done this 15 times I try to remember to reequip the weapons. In 15 tries it has let me reequip the weapon each time.

If so, I probably forgot to add the reductions based on skill to the upgrading (hence it said you had no problems until you actually tried). Let me know if that's not the case. I'll look into it reguardless. Yes, that was the case I was using a weave in the other hand, and have reduced cost for that. Another thing: After the first ten levels or so (maybe 15), I find the NPCs to be incredibly easy to beat. At the very beginning, I'd win maybe 40% of battles against them, then abt 50% (which I found normal), but now I might lose once in a day, but mostly I just smash them, whether or not they're of a higher lvl than me. And I don't even think my char (Tinto) is all that good. Do the NPCs have anything to balance our skills and progressively better weapons? Or do I simply happen to be fighting types of NPCs that suit my char exceptionally well? (I'm doing 99% of my fighting in Tarwin's Gap) It's not that I mind winning, I'm just worried that they're not as strong as they should be.

Bumped up, NPCs strength a bit. They now get 15 'equip points' per level compared to our 12. Hopefully that will balance our skills a bit.

I noticed something odd Tim. I was checking on Caemlyn in the Town Information page and it said this: Caemlyn>>Ruler>The Black Tower>247 wins>>Rival>The Golden Company>206 wins
The GC had over 200 before the BT. The BT passed them up. According to this, the BT rules Caemlyn, which we do not. It still says in Caemlyn that the GC rules.

Fixed the Gardener issues (meaning stopped it from happening again, not changing your character since I'm gonna reset it in a bit.
Didn't think of that for the clan wins. Will see what I can do with the little time before the launch...
